Digital Marketing Upgrade for a Historic Hotel

Like most hospitality business The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa was hit hard by Covid. It quickly realized it had to maximize all of its marketing muscle to recoup lost bookings and merchant sales. While the hotel had a notably large email list their online presence was uninspiring and certainly not on par with the luxury accommodations they had to offer. I was responsible for the redesign of their new online presence (including social media) which has so far increased their monthly bookings by $230K and an average opening rate of 26%.
